Trouble buying Ipad-version

Hi, when trying to buy the new Civ 6 for Ipad (in-app) it says “Internet connection required” and that the app store can’t be reached. Have tried logging off/on and reboot - without any luck. Goin’ crazy here! Any ideas how to get round this. On wi-fi.

I wasn't aware that Civ6 is available for iPad. Where are you trying to buy it?
 
Allow in-app purchases (as descried here) and reboot your ipad. Just did that and it's working fine.

I’ve written to the Aspyr Support currently awaiting response. This is doing my head in!
 
I can't try it here as I don't have a modern enough iPad. Is yours compatible?

Please double check that you have in app purchasing enabled in your iTunes settings. If its disabled, its resulting in that same error with other players.

Civ6 being available on iOS is quite the surprise! Since we did not have it at launch, I never expected it.

And it runs very well on an iPad Pro. Unfortunately they haven't added benchmarks, but it's fast enough to play to the end on a standard map, and playing anywhere is better than always having to sit at a desk.
