This is what I'm eating for tea today, which I'm less than thrilled about. Any other wierd Christmas leftovers Boxing day meals?

Tea and dinner can me used interchangeably when refering to the evening meal

I would mince the turkey into koftas first I think. But that's just personal preference.

The missus and I are so stuffed from the past three days that I think we'll be giving our Boxing Day meals a miss, except maybe I'll make a few latkes since it is also the start of Chanukah.

Just the way the Jewish calendar works in relation to the gregorian calendar.
