...................As far as the Worker action within Gunningheim's city borders, you are working the wrong tile. You need to move them 1 tile to the SE and clear that forest there. Please DO NOT clear the forest on the tile they are now on. You can not irrigate Tundra. Gunningheim needs the grasslands 1 tile to the SE irrigated after the forest is cleared. You can move the workers now or when they finish the road, it's up to you, but pleas don't waste time railing the tile you are on now. If you want to road and rail the tile SE of where they're at that's fine with me too.
