(actually, I will be at home cursing Bellsouth for taking an entire week to hook up my phone line, which obviously leaves me without internet access. I have logged a complaint, and hopefully it will get hooked up sooner, but if not, I will be unable to attend turn chats until Monday. I tried to explain to them that I need the phone quickly as I am an advisor to the president, but they just acted strangely, and told me they would do what they could. One month from Monday, I will be getting Roadrunner, though )

The chat has been postponed at least until tomorrow (5/1), though I strongly urge that we take a day after the elections to make sure everything is organized. I suggest the next chat be on 5/2.

The chat was postpone because Grey Fox could not play, and noone else on the COC until Skilord (who is after the deputies) could play either. There is a lot going on, and it would be best if we waited.

Chieftess, it's best to post these in the Presidential thread (instructions) and your own thread (statistics/info). The citizens (and Council) all depend on this information.

Chieftess, lately it's been around 1830 EST (630pm) on the east coast. But it varies way to much to have a "normal" time.
