First real action of the update is Latvia getting annexed by Latvia. Its really just sweeping aside a smaller country to give Poland and Ukraine more land to fight over.

Anyways, two annexes in a single update! Good for us, New England! Time to face our darkest hour, a Great Lake invasion. Fear not, fellow countrymen, as our soldiers shall defend the twin immortal cities of Boston and New York!

Well, this is embarrassing. I was moving all of my modded files out of my Doomsday folder and into their own to keep things more organized, and seperate my AAR saves from my regular saves. That way I would have a regular Doomsday game, as well as a seperate Doomsday game that only used my Ultimate Showdown mod files. So anyway, I started up the game with the intent of updating, and noticed there were no save games in this new install. Turns out I forgot to transfer the save game files from the normal DD folder before I cleared it out, so I lost the save. For those of you counting at home, thats the third lost save file!

The good news however, is the 3.0 version of the mod is just about ready. Just give me a day or two more to put the finishing touches on it, and I'll be ready. And this time I promise I'll backup my saves.

And I'm going to officially declare Poland the winner of the now lost save game. They had close to 1100 IC, while second was India with about 315.
