I think that when the UN is brought into being that each civilization that wants to be apart will need to "donate" a certain percentage of their army to the UN. Then there should be votes for or against military action, trade embargos and aid. The UN leader would be incharge of running the troops and putting to a vote sanctions and peacekeeping missions.

I was just thinking this would be a good idea for a MOD. I am nto much of a modder. I really don't know that much about programing. I just know that all kids of people are always looking for a different idea that they might like to add to their new mod. I think this is an intresting idea and I wanted to put it out there. If that is a problem I will curb further ideas from being posted.

The entire idea of this forum is for people such as yourself and others to express idea and see what this game is really capable of 
personally I am not the greatest at programing, XML is my limit, and from the basic description that you have give I think it might be job for some python coders 
Hopefully one of them will take this challenge on as it would be a great addtion to the gameThanks. I am just throwig ideas out there that I would like to see. I can make my own maps and that is about it. I don't even do map scripts. I do think the more ideas that people throw out there the better. I am a big fan of all the combination MODs out there. I'd love to seen this one attempted and thrown in a big MOD. I think it would really add on to the end of the game!
