For example, on yours it says heir drosselmeir or something.

I don't see "additional information" either. Going off of what you say mine says, though, it's your user title.

Yes, it changes with your postcount, going up the Civ2-Civ3 difficulty levels. You can change it to a custom title if you want. If you are uncomfortable with royal title, for instance, you can change it to Populist Revolutionary, or if you want a promotion, you can change it to King. Go with Emperor of the Galaxy if you want.
