SC: I'm bad at exp on barbs, not going to war so often so no use for me. Like Spain, i like Aztec for other reasons it's a great civ.

SOTJH: I'm a hammer freak, and specialist in workshop etc. +2:c5science: are nice.

Ingenuity: 7 (+1) A UA that should not be this low. Sure it may not be the most fun - but it is one of the most powerful. +8 early science is HUGE. On higher levels it allows you to get on par with the AI much quicker and to surpass them. As Babylon you really only want to produce great scientists - and with the static +50% you can (And unlike Sweden isn't dependant on other AI, map size, proximity, etc).

Nobel Prize: 23 (-3) Its a UA that is still somewhat limited. On singleplayer it truly depends on map size, neigbhors, what AI there are, game level, etc. to see how many friends you can get. Gifting extra great generals/great admirals/captured great prophets/1 use left great prophets is nice - but it shouldn't happen enough to cover up for the iffy second stage of its UA or for its latter UUs. Its not as good in my opinion as some UAs already gone.

Yet again, sacraficial captives is very adaptable ability, and can actually outpace Ancien regime (late game warfare can get you 70-120 points per kill). And meshes well with everything else they have.
Art of war is NOT a bad ability, it's just outshone by all of china's UU and UB. I always have way too many GG (I usually have 3-4 cities that I found and a few puppets, getting me invaded quite alot) and having more that just get me some citadels that get me invaded MORE, is not really my bag.

Somehow Gucumatz took 3 of Phoenician Heritage and Princeofnigeria took 3 of The Glory of Rome I have corrcetd both of those mistakes

Sun Never Sets - Suits my play style a fast navy and fast embarked movement. Great for early scouting, meeting CS and meeting rival Civs to get more Civs to trade with. Also you get a bonus Spy to help either protect your Techs or Steal some Techs.

Ingenuity - Is good but boring and I prefer all of the other UAs that are left.

Sacrificial Captives: 20 (+1) Makes a defensive turtle war even more profitable when going 4 city culture. Makes social policies come quicker when going warmonger. Great UA that never goes unused.

Ingenuity : This UA is underrated right now. The early science boost is powerful. Getting some key techs faster let you make everything faster.

Nobel Prize : Not a bad UA but again you need bad luck to not have enough luxs to sell without going in unhappiness.

Tabarnak - I think you meant to vote down East India Company

Hellenic League is kind of like a luxury UA in my opinion, as in, if you are already doing well with Alexander, this is the icing on the cake.

Andean Road is far more tantalizing to me in that it helps you achieve a winning status fairly early on and can help buildup your military mobility and provide free coin over hills.

Glory of Rome. Gotta vote for them again. I don't look to production bonuses when choosing a civ. I'll take all the help I can get with science/culture/gold but production isn't very appealing. If I find my land is unusually unforgiving I'll take, for example, a God of the Sea pantheon but otherwise - and I'm gonna say it - I don't like the flavor. Buying the building in the capital first with Rome is a decent strategy but it's typically better to save money for units/buildings you absolutely need or ones you think give you a strategic advantage.

Ingenuity. I generally vote with a heavy emphasis on civs that provide flavor in addition to allowing you to create your own strategy but in this instance Ingenuity does neither - as flavorless as it gets. Still, early boost is huge and an early start in the ancient era is as important as it gets. Form the snowball early, let it roll down the hill.

I'm going to throw some support to Glory of Rome here. It's not the best, but one of the best. Going to war, getting more production in those conquered cities, including getting puppets contributing faster, is huge to an empire growing though war. Besides the bonus being awesome, the way it encourages you to play is quite Rome-like.

Not hitting Ingenuity again twice in a row, I'll hit the Road, the Andean Road. In general, the Great Warpath seems to do more for me anyway, and if you want those connections for economic reasons, harbors are generally nicer on your economy than half price roads/railroads. Another UA is better at getting you around rough terrain in your territory, and a building available to everyone is generally going to be better for your economy...down you go.

Ingenuity: At this point it is totally being underrated. I can understand why it is happening though, I would totally not care about it on prince, but I sure as hell would care about it on diety.

Art of War: Does anyone actually struggle with war-winning in civ5?

+the Glory of Rome: this one is also seriously underrated. +25% prod means you can finish building queue in new cities tens of turns earlier and also you can enjoy the benefit provided by each building earlier. It's easy to enjoy the benefit of this UA as long as you keep buying buildings in your capital.

-Dutch East India Company: happiness is nice but I always don't have a chance to sell the last copies. Again, it's almost useless in multiplayer games.

+ the science bonus is great, you will have a tech edge over others, which is often decisive, offcourse Korean bonus is good as well

- English +2 naval movement is overrated, there are many situations when its useless, yes on some island maps navy decides, but even then there are much more beneficial bonuses

Try It please before downvote. 2 spy in deity is invaluable to catch up in science. +2 sea move is just an icing in the cake

Sun Never Sets doesn't look great on paper, but it leads to a specific strategy that suits England.

Same reasons as before

Sun Never Sets - Extra embarked movement is great for naval warfare, exploring the world, meeting new CSs and Civs to trade with. Extra spy great for stealing techs or protecting your own.

Ingenuity - No denying it is a great UA, I just find it boring and would prefer any of the other remaining UAs.
