Just tried it with VP 3.9.1. UCS, CSE, City States leader portraits and a bunch of mods not related to CS. Did not notice any issues with resources. CS behavior is vanilla though. No expansion or any activity whatsoever.
Checked with VP 3.10.10. Got a feeling that resources are more scarce for CS, but that might be a coincidence. Will need to see more.
If you need any logs, just let me know how I can get them.

CS resources added in UCS (for non-mercantile ones) have 85% chance of appearing, so if you are extremely unlucky, then you might notice the difference.
Did you play regular game with mods or one with a modpack?
 
Regular one with mods. No multiplayer.
Then everything should be fine. I'm playing now a game with v15.2 without any problems.
 
What map do you use?
If you play with modpack, but single player game the issue is still on? Or only when you play multi?
Playing the Communitas map script that comes with VP. I'm not using CSE. What log files will be useful to you? I will test singleplayer modpacks when I have time but I suspect it is something to do with using modpacks (or my process of creating modpacks).

Pack whole log folder. I usually use lua.log or database.log, but maybe guys from Discord will read something more out of the rest.
 
Do I understand correctly, that Even More Resources (EMR) v11 is needed for the new version due to the new resources? Or it's merely optional?
Optional. But compatible only from v11 up.
 
v15.3 is on with one very, very important fix to the issue that kinda broke my runaway game I was about to quit anyways. Link as always in the main release.
Code:
- changed:
    - renamed Dali to Yangjumie (this was old name when Dali was a Kingdom);  
- fixed:
    - fixed crucial error when Cultured CS gifted GW filling all available player slots;
    - CS unit gifts and barbarian units:
        - added workaround to another mercenary and religious UUs, so CSs won't give them as gifts;
        - added additional block for UUs, so Barbarians do not build them;
    - art fixes:
        - extracted original dds file for Manuscripts and resized it a bit;
        - fixed some resource icons alignment;
    - Levuka now gives yields rounded up;
    - fixed Bedulu's ability text;
 
I also noticed that new CS resources count towards monopolies (the tooltip was wrong in TO, so that's why I assumed it wrong). This means there's nothing to be fixed in that matter!
And this means I have to add 3 missing monopoly bonuses...

When using this mod along with creating my World Builder scenario using 3.10.14 and all updated mods of UCS CSL MW etc.. This mod the UCS mod causes an immediate crash to desktop upon starting the game. ONLY WHEN THIS MOD UCS is active and using a custom scenario. If i just play a regular game no scenario it loads just fine. Any reason why this mod does not play well with world builder scenarios?
 
Hey my guy, I just got here but I thought it would be good to warn you that the OG Post with the "Latest Version Link" still links to V14, which apparently has some bad crash issues. Came here to read through and see if there was a recent .1 or something, thinking I missed a hotfix and found out I'm a whole version behind! If I keep getting issues I'll stop by again but hopefully it's all good from here on out.
Just wanted to make sure the Thread Start/Main Post/whatever you wanna call it gets touched so other Newbie Modlovers don't fall into the same rhythm I did :goodjob::goodjob: Love this btw, started as Indonesia and immediately found a CS that makes my Monopoly Bonuses more Bonus-er

From different cities? What was the initial population of the HK and your cities?
 
Yes, from different cities. Initial pop of HK was 13, my capital was 24 and other city 18, now HK is 17 while my cities stays at same pop. in capital I have Hanging Gardens and Nazca Lines.

Chance increases with the difference between HK and your pop (24-17=7*0.5=3.5%). You get rewarded for that. Few times. Do you think rewards were unsatisfactory?
 
In addition HK boosts your growth, so you can quickly rebuild your pop.
