9. Egypt - Sphinx [14]
10. England - Royal Navy Dockyard [17]
11. France - Chateau [18]
13. Germany - Hansa [22]
14. Greece - Acropolis [21+1 = 22] Some love for the Acroplis. Theater Squares are far more important in R&F and probably the second best district. Super adjacency, half cost, and a sweet envoy upon completion. Using up a hill makes no difference on new world age maps (that I tend to play) and with Greece's starting bias.
15. India - Stepwell [18]
16. Indonesia - Kampung [28]
18. Khmer - Prasat [14]
19. Kongo - Mbanza [16]
20. Korea - Seowon [21]
21. Macedon - Basilikoi Paides [20].
22. Mapuche - Chemamull [24]
23. Mongolia - Ordu [21]
24. Norway - Stave Church [2-3 = ELIMINATED] I'll put the Stave Church out of its misery. It's not as bad as I used to think, but chopping woods is better somewhere around 100% of the time in the current game.
25. Nubia - Nubian Pyramid [8]
26. Persia - Pairidaeza [22]
27. Poland - Sukiennice [21]

3. Australia - Outback Station [25]
5. Brazil - Street Carnival / Copacabana [18]
7. Cree - Mekewap [23]
8. Dutch - Polder [22+1=23] They just don't look pretty! The requirements to build them were relaxed in the last update. Good source of gold, food, and housing. I really enjoy how they are on coastal tiles, so they help you turn weak areas of the map into something practical, just like Kampungs.
9. Egypt - Sphinx [14]
10. England - Royal Navy Dockyard [17]

26. Persia - Pairidaeza [22]
27. Poland - Sukiennice [21]
28. Rome - Bath [17]
29. Russia - Lavra [30]
30. Scotland - Golf Course [21-3=18] I guess having the amenity is nice for Scotland and all, but not a fan of this. It doesn't provide much of anything else. And it's an improvement that can only be built once per city? Why not allow to build more than one, like any other tile improvement, or make it a building in an Entertainment Complex?
31. Scythia - Kurgan [14]
32. Spain - Mission [20]
33. Sumeria - Ziggurat [20]
34. Zulu - Ikanda [20]

1. America - Film Studio [9+1=10] it provides 100% tourism bonus, if you lose cultural victory while having these (especially since this is still late game building), you haven't even tried

26. Persia - Pairidaeza [22]
27. Poland - Sukiennice [21]
28. Rome - Bath [17-3=14] cheaper construction is nice, more housing & amenities are nice, but it's still aqueduct district, unless firaxis plan to make aqueduct could connect fresh water toward city more than one tiles or make this district not counting towards limit (edit: turns out aqueduct doesn't count toward district, but doesn't make it worth not to downvote), it's not worth it

14. Greece - Acropolis [22+1=23] One of the few paths toward maximizing envoy play. This pairs nicely with Merchant Confederation.

29. Russia - Lavra [30]
30. Scotland - Golf Course [18-3=15] You can only build 1 per city. Simplifies planning I guess, but to maximize value, you need an unproductive EC in the city.

23. Mongolia - Ordu [21]
25. Nubia - Nubian Pyramid [8+1=9] I know this will go soon, but wanted to give it a little love - fun placement game and very nice when you do have deserts
26. Persia - Pairidaeza [22]
27. Poland - Sukiennice [21]
28. Rome - Bath [14]
29. Russia - Lavra [30]
30. Scotland - Golf Course [15]
31. Scythia - Kurgan [11]
32. Spain - Mission [20-3=17] the bonuses are not as great by the time these are available
33. Sumeria - Ziggurat [20]

15. India - Stepwell [18]
16. Indonesia - Kampung [28]
18. Khmer - Prasat [14]
19. Kongo - Mbanza [16]
20. Korea - Seowon [21+1=22] Science is king in Civ VI, and the Seowon gives an incredible amount. +8 adjacency bonus in all your cities with Natural Philosophy applied. You get the +4 bonus very early game where it matters most, and Natural Philosophy comes early enough too.
21. Macedon - Basilikoi Paides [21]
22. Mapuche - Chemamull [24]
23. Mongolia - Ordu [21]
25. Nubia - Nubian Pyramid [9]
26. Persia - Pairidaeza [22]
27. Poland - Sukiennice [21]
28. Rome - Bath [14]
29. Russia - Lavra [30-3=27] I don't go for Religious victory much so the half production speed doesn't do much for me. Plus when I did play Russia before I had no slots for the Great People I claimed to go into. I had to build a Theater Square to house those Great People which took up another district slot. I play on Immortal so I always go for a Campus first so I don't get invaded by stronger troops.

23. Mongolia - Ordu [21]
25. Nubia - Nubian Pyramid [9]
26. Persia - Pairidaeza [22]
27. Poland - Sukiennice [21]
28. Rome - Bath [14]
29. Russia - Lavra [27]
30. Scotland - Golf Course [15+1=16] - besides the fact that it gives a really neat aspect of your cities, it is also one of the few UI that give Amenities, which is in perfect synergy with Scotland CUA.
31. Scythia - Kurgan [11-3=8] - a lame UI for a boring Civ. I never played Scythia and I think I'll never will.
32. Spain - Mission [17]
33. Sumeria - Ziggurat [20]
34. Zulu - Ikanda [20]

16. Indonesia - Kampung [28]
18. Khmer - Prasat [14]
19. Kongo - Mbanza [16]
20. Korea - Seowon [22+1=23] Single-handedly makes Korea one of the strongest civs in the game. Best district in the game at half price, tons of science early, and scales well into the mid game with Rationalism. What's not to like?
21. Macedon - Basilikoi Paides [21]
22. Mapuche - Chemamull [24]
23. Mongolia - Ordu [21]
25. Nubia - Nubian Pyramid [9]
26. Persia - Pairidaeza [22]
27. Poland - Sukiennice [21]
28. Rome - Bath [14]
29. Russia - Lavra [27]
30. Scotland -Golf Course [16]
31. Scythia - Kurgan [8-3=5] In the early game you need to be working high food and production tiles, not meager faith and gold yields. Should definitely go before the Nubian Pyramid imo.

32. Spain - Mission [17]
33. Sumeria - Ziggurat [20]
34. Zulu - Ikanda [20]

1. America - Film Studio [11] (10+1) --- Underrated. Give me 4 (or more) cities with archeological museums, add +100% tourism for the film studio, +100% for Heritage Tourism, another double from computers and I can maybe accumulate culture fast enough to avoid sending tanks to pillage the preeminent science civs spaceport. And if I can't, who needs or cares about the +25% from open borders?
2. Arabia - Madrasa [21]
3. Australia - Outback Station [25]
5. Brazil - Street Carnival / Copacabana [18]
7. Cree - Mekewap [23]
8. Dutch - Polder [23]

10. England - Royal Navy Dockyard [17]
11. France - Chateau [18]
13. Germany - Hansa [22]
14. Greece - Acropolis [23]
15. India - Stepwell [18]
16. Indonesia - Kampung [25] (28-3) --- I recently played a game on a colossal map size (160x100) and was unimpressed with the availability of the adjacency bonuses. They do sound really good in theory though, especially in conjunction with Auckland. The food can also be great for tall play if you have the spare amenities but can become a problem otherwise. If you don't like tall play or lots of citizens, I think maybe placing your citizens on districts (campus for science or IZ's for +2 production each) might be a better choice.
18. Khmer - Prasat [14]
19. Kongo - Mbanza [16]
20. Korea - Seowon [23]
21. Macedon - Basilikoi Paides [21]

1. America - Film Studio [11]
2. Arabia - Madrasa [21]
3. Australia - Outback Station [26] (25+1) These are flat out overpowered

9. Egypt - Sphinx [14]

27. Poland - Sukiennice [21]
28. Rome - Bath [14]
29. Russia - Lavra [27]
30. Scotland -Golf Course [16]
31. Scythia - Kurgan [2] Very low impact and and it's impact you generally don't need. It's actually a negative impact when you think of how that builder charge could have been better spent chopping. Even if you're transitioning to a different playstyle for some reason, there are better ways to do it. Other than emergency era score I don't see why you'd ever build one.

8. Dutch - Polder [23]
9. Egypt - Sphinx [14-3=11] - Weak yields, rarely worth working.
10. England - Royal Navy Dockyard [17]
11. France - Chateau [18]
13. Germany - Hansa [22]
14. Greece - Acropolis [23]
15. India - Stepwell [18]
16. Indonesia - Kampung [25+1=26] - Make coastal cities more productive, mean you won't have any housing problems, and even provide tourism late game.
18. Khmer - Prasat [14]
19. Kongo - Mbanza [16]
20. Korea - Seowon [23]

19. Kongo - Mbanza [16]
20. Korea - Seowon [23]
21. Macedon - Basilikoi Paides [21]
22. Mapuche - Chemamull [24]
23. Mongolia - Ordu [21+1=22] +1 MP is definitely worth the production.
25. Nubia - Nubian Pyramid [9]
26. Persia - Pairidaeza [22]
27. Poland - Sukiennice [21]
28. Rome - Bath [14]
29. Russia - Lavra [27]
30. Scotland -Golf Course [16]
31. Scythia - Kurgan [2-3=-1] ELIMINATED; You usually build it after your pantheon was founded, the faith yield is tricky to maximize and the gold serves merely as a bootleg for your weaker economy, sacrificing production and food
32. Spain - Mission [17]
33. Sumeria - Ziggurat [20]
34. Zulu - Ikanda [20]

1. America - Film Studio [11]

5. Brazil - Street Carnival / Copacabana [18]
7. Cree - Mekewap [23]
8. Dutch - Polder [23]
9. Egypt - Sphinx [11]
10. England - Royal Navy Dockyard [17]
11. France - Chateau [18]
13. Germany - Hansa [22-3=19] Yeah, It's good and so on, but it bothers me it is an industrial district instead of a comercial district, and also the removal on adjacency from standard mines/quarries. ¿is that the Germans do not use raw minerals, but only the purest Stone and Iron?
14. Greece - Acropolis [23]
15. India - Stepwell [18]
16. Indonesia - Kampung [26]
18. Khmer - Prasat [14]
19. Kongo - Mbanza [16]
20. Korea - Seowon [23]
21. Macedon - Basilikoi Paides [21]
22. Mapuche - Chemamull [24]
23. Mongolia - Ordu [22]
25. Nubia - Nubian Pyramid [9+1=10] Before I downvote them next turn (if still available), I would like to give some love to the pyramids, as the city planning around them is fun.
26. Persia - Pairidaeza [22]
27. Poland - Sukiennice [21]
28. Rome - Bath [14]
29. Russia - Lavra [27]
30. Scotland -Golf Course [16]

14. Greece - Acropolis [23]
15. India - Stepwell [18]
16. Indonesia - Kampung [26]
18. Khmer - Prasat [14]
19. Kongo - Mbanza [16-3=13] They come early which is nice, but you have to have jungles to even build them. If you expand out of your jungle starting zone you can't build any. And I love chopping all my jungles down regardless. You can build on woods, but again I may want to chop these.
20. Korea - Seowon [23]
21. Macedon - Basilikoi Paides [21]
22. Mapuche - Chemamull [24]
23. Mongolia - Ordu [22]
25. Nubia - Nubian Pyramid [10]
26. Persia - Pairidaeza [22]
27. Poland - Sukiennice [21]
28. Rome - Bath [14]
29. Russia - Lavra [27]
30. Scotland -Golf Course [16+1=17] giving golf courses a little love here. I'm playing them currently, and every city is at ecstatic. These + one entertainment district + Coloseum really can be enough to get all ecstatic. They are quick to get up, much faster than building an entertainment district, which the zoo alone takes forever to build. They work, that's enough reason to upvote them.
32. Spain - Mission [17]
33. Sumeria - Ziggurat [20]
34. Zulu - Ikanda [20]

New
1. America - Film Studio [12=11+1] - I gotta go to bat for this one. This is the one late game thing that really can pull its weight, especially considering that it does take awhile to win cultural victories often. It's really good.
2. Arabia - Madrasa [21]
3. Australia - Outback Station [26]
5. Brazil - Street Carnival / Copacabana [18]
7. Cree - Mekewap [23]
8. Dutch - Polder [23]
9. Egypt - Sphinx [11]
10. England - Royal Navy Dockyard [17]
11. France - Chateau [18]
13. Germany - Hansa [19]
14. Greece - Acropolis [23]
15. India - Stepwell [18]
16. Indonesia - Kampung [26]
18. Khmer - Prasat [14]
19. Kongo - Mbanza [10=13-3] - Not that great of a unique district; plus Neighborhoods suck in general because of the AI's overuse of "recruit partisans" which needs to definitely be reworked to be made more difficult to obtain (and preferrably that spy action only in occupied/unhappy cities).
20. Korea - Seowon [23]
21. Macedon - Basilikoi Paides [21]
