2. Arabia - Madrasa [22=1 = 23] One could argue the University is the best building with GPs that grant buffs and the importance of science. This replacement comes sooner (albeit a different tree), additional yield of that precious science, and grants bonus faith that can be used for virtually anything. Not too shabby.

You'd best finish quickly though, or the extra coal you make could cause flooding in the late game. As of now, however, it's still rubbish.
