1. America - Film Studio [7+1=8] This provides a massive boost towards culture victory. Yes, it doesn't come until the late game, but the late game is when culture victories happen, unless you're winning dramatically enough that it doesn't matter what civ you're using.

That's great and all, and if I find myself stuck on an island somewhere where freeze dried is all I can get I'd be quite excited! Otherwise, I'll head inland, buy a couple pounds of Starbucks @ a bulk store, plan out a few pots and then store it in the refrigerator for production efficiencies. Thus I have ice coffee for a week or so with little to no effort. Making Kampungs work, on the other hand, strikes me as quite allot of effort relative to gain.

No, amenities are not that easy to get. Getting to happy is not enough, you need every city at ecstatic, then the real magic happens.
32. Spain - Mission [9-3=6] Again there just aren't enough opportunities to use this. You can get a few useful ones up, but not as much as I would like. Other improvements are important as well.
