I like the multi sail alot, the only thing I'd change is not have the
civ colour on the 'poop deck' structures, as there's plenty of Civ
colour on the sails - gorgeous ship.

I agree, one would be enough, but whose to say that the ships didn't look like that?

Personally I think it looks lovely, great ! And I love the different sails.
Now maybe the decks are a little too close to one another meaning the decks look just like a big one at smaller scale which is a pity IMHO.

It's good as is. I like both sails and multi-deck. Remeber this is a fictional ship, so these features are fitting well. I'd also like to use it in WH-Mod, most likely as elven vessel.
I agree, you should reduce the number of decks so they can be seen more easily at civ scales. Link the multi sails though.

Beautiful. I love the decks. Makes it tall and strong looking.

That is one beautiful ship.
How would that silmaril look? I think it just may be good as is.
Just to add a comment about realism;
the captain won't see anything from the poop deck, as all the sails are in the way. 
This isn't very important (coolness before comfort
), but it seems a bit funny.Anyway, it's beautiful.

- And it's not the captain who has to see everything - that job belongs to the lookout , who tells things to the mate About the silmaril logo - It would look a bit like a diamond wieved from top. A such logo was on one of the paintings of the swan-ships...
