On a scale of 1 to 10 for relaxation.. this vacation so far has been a -5.

Here's a run down of my vacation this past week if anyone is interested.

My needs are simple so I had only planned for 3 simple things to help me relax this week.

Monday I had scheduled a massage with a friend. Trouble was, I had to schedule it threw a vietnamese woman that spoke in such heavily accented english that she was barely intelligible. She also scheduled it for noon, a time when I'm normally asleep because of my regular work schedule. I got home at 2am from the night before and was unable to get any sleep. I showed up with only 1.5 hours of shut eye. I was not able to schedule a different time or date because my friend would not be working Tues, Weds or Thursday.. and friday I would not be available because I would be driving to another part of the state. Well I had not had a massage in a year and a half, and being plenty stressed out, there were a lot of knots in my back. When I say a lot, I'm not joking. My friend found enough to make a good sized fishing net. And she's strong too. I walked out of there very sore. I also walked out of there to find myself stranded. It was at that moment my car's battery decided to die with no warning. So I had to call a tow to get a jump. That was monday. I was so sore and exhausted that I spent the next 2 days at home, sleeping during the daylight hours and doing units at night.

I had planned on going shooting at a range today to relax and blow off some steam. The exact same place I went to last november when I posted in this thread. I spent 3 hours just trying to find a place to buy ammo. The first place I went to (Big Boxmart), the idiots couldn't find anyone that had the keys to the ammo cabinet. The 2nd Big Boxmart I went to, their cabinet was almost empty and did not have the ammo I was looking for. The 3rd place was a sporting goods store, and they did have the 45 ACP and 38 Special I was looking for... $55. When I get to the shooting range, I have an unpleasant surprise. They had sold nearly everything they had. Only 3 rentals left and they were all 9mm. I don't like 9mm, I bought 45 ACP because I didn't like 9mm the last time I shot. So I drive back to the sporting goods store in hopes of exchanging what I bought just 20 minutes before, and they wont take it back. Seems they have a policy on ammo that when it leaves the store, I can't return it for any reason. I am not happy. I call the next nearest shooting range, and they too only have 9mm for rental. So that leaves me 150 bullets with no gun to shoot them with. I had already spent nearly 4 hours this morning driving around on a fruitless mission to to relax so I decided to drive back home and get some sleep.

This weekend I am going to a reunion of sorts and going tubing down a TX river. I called it 'of sorts'. Imagine going to a Fraternity reunion, but everyone there is 15-30 years older than you. The last time I went (4 years ago) there were at least 2 guys I went to school with so I wasn't utterly alone. This year I'm not sure if anyone I personally know is going.

No wonder you are strung and stressed out, m8. o0 If I were you I'd forget about the frat reunion on the weekend and try the shooting range again with someone to accompany. I mean, now that you already went through all the crap once and are prepared. Better than going to the reunion and something going odd. At least I always hate places where I am the only stranger in the cloud. Anyways- up with your mood: Can only get better!

I'm sorry Wrym but the shoes laces on the Russian Soldiers are wrong color. They are black but should be very dark brown, almost black. This is ruins units. Also could you plz plz make make obsucure tank that no one has model for? That one is my favorite. I am from russia.

Good has failed me so I'm going to need some help finding picture.

I need good COLOR shots of chinese infantry from 1960-1990.. before they modernized. I need good shots of the color and style of uniforms, helmet or caps, shoes/boots.. good ones.

btw, I've been MIA the last week because I've been playing World of Tanks non-stop.

Not easy to find in color, are they? And Militaryphotos.net is replete with the modern PLA.

But any force that follows up an atomic breach with a cavalry charge is hardcore indeed.
