Unlocked WBS for BTS version of RFC

I think you place these files in mods/Rhye's and Fall of Civilization/PrivateMaps folder, overwriting the original ones.

It is /publicmaps and it won't overwrite the original ones as they have different name so they are supposed to add two new scenarios with unlocked civs.

When a new civ pops up, you get a pop-up asking if you want to change to that civ.

No. You can just change civ once per game, and only when a new civ spreads.
For example, you choose to start as the Indian, and in 840 AD you can switch to the German; but then you cannot switch any more (nore you can go back to the Indian), you have to go to the end as the German.
