The Elefant may be a different case when it comes to AT stats. While I stick to the idea of regular motorized AT units should be faster (etc) the Elephant shared the same problems the Tiger I had (they both derived from the same pre-Tiger prototype): Namely lacking anti-infantry weapons, even more complicated suspension and an engine unsuitable for its weight. As in movement points I'd give it the same tile ammount as the Tiger, since they shared the same engine, though they were even more prone to break-downs than their tank brother, the Tiger. Had AT until (and including) the Marder III been poised for attack roles, the new generation of heavy AT armored vehicles where too large for low profile, sneak attacks. Hence they got better armor protection, which aagain made them slow- too slow for general attack role. This may be applicable to the Jagdtiger as well, although I would make the Jagdpanther a lighter-&-faster-than-counterpart vehicle.
