I think it looks fantastic. I wanted to add Vercingetorix in an upcoming CIV Gold add-on, but I was entirely sold on the existing models.

I look forward to seeing your new one. This is a great start!

Kylorin isn't static. I made him for BtS AoI scenario and he is animated.

Yes, I know. But he is partially animated: he moves head only. Other body parts are dead. He doesn't get full washington's animation.

Yeah, he will probably stay head only. The fact that he's not moving his torso help him to differentiate from washington and I don't think the rerigging process would be so usefull for all the time it will took. With a big armor like this, you stay low profil on your arms mouvement during diplo sequence
