War On Arda : Tolkien Mod

All I have to say is

I downloaded the two ZIP files and copied all the files in both archives to a copy of Civ3 install on my harddrive. The program starts fine with the new splash screen (nice art work there). However, when I select New Game, nothing happens. Well, not nothing. I here the sound it makes when changing to the new game setup screen but nothing else. It just stays on the new splash screen. By the way, I am playing on a Mac.

Looks great, but I suggest redoing the city graphics, and how about a PTW or C3C patch?

Any chance of modifying the mod for C3C? In other words, locked alliances, or even a War for the Ring mod?

I just noticed this had resurfaced so here is a link to another mod still being made. It will have all that you were asking for here. I think this War on Arda mod might be done since it hasn't been upgraded in some time.
