Warhammer Fantasy Mod 2.1

when 2.5 comes out can someone make an installer to do everything in just one install rather then the series of 5+?

I am very impressed with the work that went into this mod. The units are cool, the tech tree is nice.

I also agree with this suggestion, it should help cut down the amount of time Stormrage spends instructing people how to install the mod. Not that I don't enjoy watching him at work :D.
 
Not as it looks now. We want to clean out all the old stuff. And it's a pain in the ass to try to find out which of the 6664 (ATM) files are included in 2.0, and which aren't.
 
you mean games workshop website? Yes, there are loads of wallpapers, but as we all should respect Embryodead's work, we are not going to use any images from games workshop websites... :)

And I don't think that we need to customize this interface any more than we already have.

I am playing as Chaos and having a lot of fun. But it doesn't really feel like chaos. Now I am from old school WH back when Chaos was 4 factions that fought each other, not one army. So I don't know all of the recent changes to their world and armies.

These are not serious recommendations but just ideas:

make Chaos gov get production penalties - having chaos irrigating and mining seems very odd to me. Also make it suffer from heavy corruption. Chaos should conquer territor to raze it, large empires should be basically worthless.

change Chaos starting palace to broken warp gate. Don't allow them to build a new one. Make the warp gate required for building demons and other poweful units. Combined with heavy corruption this would make chaos based around its starting area rather than a normal empire.

Are their nurgle plague units that capture people and turn them into plaguebearers?
 
Hmmm... Lets say a city has 6 hills in its radius. So if they can`t improve the lands, a city would build something in the same number of turns as it would if they were mined? Very unbalancing. Either very unfair to those that mine, or to Chaos, depends how much you lower the shield costs for chaos units. Also, chaos doesn`t necesarily raise, they can use more worshippers too (making people happy with tempels represents people accepting chaos). About corruption, I think it was covered way back in the original WH thread- yeah they`re all corrupted, but they don`t care!

I do think the warp gate idea has some potential...

No plaguebearer gfx. We have been pestering aaglo for months .. I could use one for 40k too..
