I wouldnt be so uppity my friends who knows whether your country could hold together under the stress of another invasion. We will give you what we see fit, as the war is over we see no reason for you to have a technology developed just for war. Give us a good reason and we will consider it.

Any man capable of bearing arms will be enrolled in his local bi-monthly archery contest. Any man who fails to show up to more then one contest will have to join the local militia for a three-month service to the army.
I the King hereby decree that the cities of Amorfal will produce an extra gold unit in the coming two years or each provide me with 75 archers.
This decree will be backed up by my loyal army.

The King Is Dead!
The news spread across the land as the bells tolled Mournfully. The old Man had led them through times of peril and hardship and seeing peace was made finnaly let go of his mortal ties to this realm. Shortly the new king would be crowned, he was the son of the previous and only male child. He was noted to be cunning and sly, he was pale of skin and dark of hair. He was not particarly good looking but was far from being hideous. In fact he had not been seen by the public for some time and rumours of the reasons for this abounded. However stepping in he made sure that none questioned his conviction to his role and set about dealing with matters at hand.
He gave a speech to his people upon his coronation that was short and simple but got the message across clearly, "We are at peace, the barbarians from the south have decided to cease there war on our brethren in Amorfal. Now however in a time that should be joyous i must turn my attention to traitors and curs. Those that were influenced by the enemy during times of war. My father neglected this, but i will not. There is no place in my kingdom for these people and so they will feel my wrath. Let us hope they are the only to feel it in my reign."

Warman, are you going to answer my question? Where's my army right now? Unless the map is messed up, my armies should be somewhere in Goblin territory.

Army fight for supremacy in my lands and togheter with my allies throw out the goblins from my land. Than begin to march into Goblin country!
Use horsmen to go from the north-east and raid Goblin eastern borders for economies.
Expand into mountains and Plains more and more! (You said it will grow economy all this massive expansion, i'm now one of the biggest countries... money?)
