Has anyone heard of this before? i know i haven't but basically it is firefox for 64bit rather than 32bit meaning it is only useful for those who run programs on 64bit, meaning you need Vista or higher to run this program. I have only been using for a few moments, but it is working faster than the regular 32 bit firefox and it is not freezing on me like Firefox 8 is doing so often.

It only happens in Firefox when I load a page it takes some time to be able to click from that page. There are some people who have experienced he problem with Firefox 8. I recently used Chrome and I did not get the freezes I got with Firefox.

Firefox keeps screwing about for me also, im playing about with Chrome to see if I can get used to it instead

I hadn't heard of it. There were a few 64-bit Firefox variants in the 3.0-3.5 days, too, but as I only have a 32-bit OS, I haven't experimented with them. Does it say somewhere that it requires Vista, though? In theory a regular 64-bit version of Firefox should run on XP 64-bit and 2003 64-bit, too, since Firefox supports 2000 and later.
