alot seems to have changed since i collected warhammer, but i really need to know what happened to Nagash? and y are the undead split into 2 groups now?
I can't help much since I am in the same position

I sold all my miniatures almost 2 years ago... While making research for this mod, I was also surprised that they have split undead into 2 armies, but same happened to chaos... while more armies seems fine, I wouldn't really want to dump beastmen from my chaos army because of new rules (that is, if I still played)
I haven't seen the new undead book, though AFAIK Nagash is still there, as special character for Tomb Kings (while not being a mummy, he's tied to them by background and history... he made a mess there after all). Same in the mod, he's on the great leader list.
As far as my mod go - the undead are split for other reason... this is a fantasy mod for civ3... such mod needs many "civs", units sorted in a different way, wonders, advances etc. You can see that factions in the game are not warhammer battle armybooks - I took the whole warhammer world (several battle games and RPG game with lots of resources) to build the mod.
I was going to add Lahmia as the 3rd undead civ... I will, if I get female vampire unit and leaderhead done
BTW Nippon, Cathay, Norsca etc. were even WFB armies... but that was like 10 years ago (Norse Marauders were one of the first blisters I bought

)
