What are the conditions for getting the 2nd and 3rd founder belief for your religion?

I'm on my (approximately) 15th game and I just, for the first time, got a second founder belief. I usually go pretty heavy into religion each game, too. No idea what I did. I looked around this board and reddit briefly but I just see a lot of sepculation. Has anyone dug into the game files and figured it out?

Yes there is a topic that has the exact conditions. I think one is fully convert a civ and the other is something about distant lands. Basically convert a ton. It is not worth it at all.

There is a topic here that has them. I believe the post was by marshmellowbear. Sorry I tried to find it again to link you to it but was unable to find it.

There was something related to distant lands and something related to home continent. One may have been fully converting a civ?
