I just recently purchased that as an impulse buy. It's at the end of the short list for now.
Which one? Unimportant, but I referred to more than one book and my curiosity is shooting up.

I am also reading, when I am bored with the other books, Memnon by Scott Oden, it being the only non-sequel (the only other one was a part two of Attila) historical fiction book in the bookstore I went to.

A sad state of things.

The Gunslinger by King

Plague by Wendy Orent

Mozart: A Life by Maynard Solomon

A very psychoanalytical approach to the man and his legacy.

Finished the Gunslinger and started on The Drawing of the Three

The Killing Dance- Laurell Hamilton

Connecticut Yankee.

Having read and enjoyed Huckleberry Finn, Tom Sawyer, The Prince and the Pauper, and a selection of short stories, and having gotten through Pudd'nhead Wilson a while back, I figured I might as well read more of the Twain catalog.

Calculus: An Intuitive and Physical Approach by Morris Kline

It covers Calculus I, II, Multivariable Calc and some Diff. Equations :)

Just started Shattering Orthodoxies by A. Haag Sherman

How the Mind Works by Steven Pinker

A slow start but it really changed the way I think about the way I think. I'm about 2/3 through ATM.

Just finished Boys on The Bus

Now its time for a light Grisham book before I start my next bout of heavy lifting

In addition to Iron Kingdom, I'm racing through the remainder of Yapp's The Near East since the First World War for class.

His The Blank Slate proved thought-provoking for me. I'm reading Robert Harris' Imperium -- a novel set in the waning days of the Roman Republic.
