i am having civ 3 PTW v 1.27..
previously i wasn't able to play singleplayer on winXP because of refresh rate reasons of monitor which was solved by writing Refresh= "comp ref. rate" in the INI file of the game.
but now i am unable to host(nor join) a multiplayer game...i have disabled the firewall also...
we r having a LAN out here and my friends are able to host the game...dunno wht is problem with me..
