A couple of things I'll mention.

Yes, I put Australia and New Zealand together. I am aware that they're separate countries but I only had 20 slots in the poll and had to make some compromises that otherwise I wouldn't have. I apologize to all Kiwis for lumping them in with the Aussies, and I apologize to the Aussies for making them go slumming with the Kiwis.

Also, as I suspected would happen, there are a couple of Scots who are showing their inferiority complex in regard to England. Look, you guys got the Scone of Stone (or whatever it is) back, so what are you complaining about?
