I was wondering what does fat look like. I mean if you cut open a fat person and scooped out the fat (like primative liposuction of something) what would the color of the fat be? What would it feel like? Is it liquid, gellike, or solid? Does it stink, does it bounce?

Umm...I dunno how to describe it. It's not much different than animal fat if you've ever cut open an animal.

It's yellow, that's about all I remember about it, its not pretty though.

Here is what fat looks like, as a molecular diagram :p ;)

If you look under a microscope, here is a cluster of fat cells

Buy some LARD.

Then eat it (dont waste food)

If you have seen cooked steak, you might notice a yellow bubble. That's fat.

He mentioned human fat. Seriously go onto rotten.com they had pictures of a fat guy undergoing liposuction. There a a couple of gross pictures with human fat as well.

Have you ever eaten Human fat??…my friend animal Fat tastes much different to human fat!

The break down the Fat by using an Enzymes...artificial some say!

Im thinking of the process of liposuction, the fat are solid right? How do they suck it out?
It's not solid they way a rock is solid. It's a soft, squishy substance with poor internal cohesion.

I imagine them to be like pork belly? The fat is kinda solid and I just can't imagine trying to remove it from an equvalent human body.....Arrrggghhh. I don't know what enzymes can break down fat so fast though, its pretty much one of the hardest to digest foodgroup.

Surprisingly yellow. Much more than you'd expect compared to most animals. And, it has a corny structure. A bit like maize, you can even remove it with something like a spoon better than with a knife. Surgeons use a tool called 'Sharp Spoon', at least that's how it is called in German (Scharfer Löffel here, of course).

Note newborns also have a different kind of fat, much more greesy and brown (rats have mostly that kind, btw). This is much faster accessable, to regulate the body temperature.

Watch Fight Club, a particular scene should give you a pretty good idea.
I was thinking that as well.:)

Does the animal being carnivore or herbivore make a difference to the taste and the consistency of the fat? I know the meat taste differently at least.
