We all have our favorite games, movies, books, and other things that we love to gush over, but we all know nothing is perfect.

Here's my challenge for you. If you were supreme ruler of any entertainment industry (video games, movies, etc.) what would you demand to be made? Money, reality, and common sense is no object! :D

May I be controversial? I would like an imersive virtual version of hell. So that people could go there and get used to the idea. And give up worrying about it.

Is this a bit too strong, though? I'm sorry.

Perhaps a moderator should leap in.

Interesting idea, although I can't imagine it would be a best seller.

A four player online game where two teams are made up of two players. One plays as the commander, directing troops in a rts sort of setup. The other leads a squad or platoon on the actual map. The object is for the commander and platoon leader to coordinate information to find where the opposing commander is and kill him in his base.

More to it than that, but there's the gist.

I like the idea of teams having to combine large, yet vague, and small, yet detailed, intel.

A Star Trek series that is set after Voyager that is as good as TNG and ignores all the 2009 movie continuity. And an actual conclusion to Twin Peaks and The Dead Zone, but they would require use of a time machine.

I thought the whole conceit about the Star Trek IP is that "continuity" effectively doesn't exist and you can pretty much just mix and match whatever you like out of any of it at will.

Yeah, but I would just die of happiness if they wrote out the 2009 Movie out of official continuity. I know it's not going to happen but still.

And the writers usually pay a lot of attention to canon. Maybe not to little stuff, but to big stuff they mostly do. That's why they had the complicated story of timetravel and stuff simply to remove a planet from continuity.

Really wouldn't mind a series based on the very early times of galactic conflict or the Federation. A mix between Voyager and DS9, preferably.

How about a virtual version of one's entire past life? A kind of 3D interactive diary.

Spooky.

You mean like Enterprise without all things that made it absolute crap? I wouldn't mind that.

I would like to see full-on cyberpunk role-playing game. Think Deus Ex combined with Morrowind.

As for movies, I would love to see a movie of Ringworld and Titan/Wizard/Demon with either James Cameron or Peter Jackson as the director.
