Relish, mustard, ketchup and a slice of cheese. OM NOM NOM SO GOOD.
 
I don't really eat Bratwurst - whenever I'm eating wurst, it's usually Polish sausage.

But, I'd probably eat it the same: if on a plate, I'd cut it up into pieces, and have mustard on the side as a dip (none of the yellow stuff though), as well as some chopped up onions. I'd have some rye bread on the side as well.

If eaten in a bun, I'd eat it with mustard (again, not the yellow stuff), onions, maybe some mayo.
 
Of course it has to be with kraut and mustard. You can try it with horseradish, that's pretty nice too.

And speaking of bratwurst, of course franconian or nuernberg sausages are the best. :goodjob:

not really, nothing beats a St. Gall veal Bratwurst :)
 
Sauerkraut and mustard though sometimes currywurst is good. I always thought it was more of a kid's snake though.

it's not a kid snake, it's intestines (or stomachs if you're english) or cellulose/collagen filled with parts of either veil, pork or beef such as scraps, organ meats, blood and fat, silly.
