The game currently has 16 Relics. Here is a poll to share what your favorite is. I arbitrarily decided to let people vote for their favorite 3.
My favorite three are:
1. Philosopher's Stone (looks really cool)
2. Ark of the Covenant (also looks nice)
3. Grass Cutting Sword (sounds cool)
My least favorite are the Beard of the Evangelist, Blood of the Martyr, Footprint of the Apostle, and Silk Texts. Mainly because I find the images unappealing.
