download speed pretty good. On good sites around 240k

compared to around 5 on my old modem ;p

Cable, DSL, and T1 are all considered broadband connections.

Worth $50/mo.
How anyone can have aol is beyond me.
I am close enuff to phone co that I connect at 728kbs.
