Kill Bill, Uma Thurman. From the previews I expected more swordplay. I'm also not too fond of non-linear movies. But it was good enough that I'd like to see the sequal sometime.

If you like Kill Bill, I know TNT is running those movies next week. Friday is volume 1, Saturday is volume 2, Sunday is both. Check your listings or whatever. (TNT advertises their own shows a lot, and while watching Law and Order I must've seen that ad like 20 times!)

For movies, however, yesterday I watched You Only Live Twice (it's a Bond movie, some quick impatient action ;)). I don't watch movies too often unless I'm on vacation.

I refuse to watch any movie on Turner Network Television (no relation) simply because of the horrible editing they do.

Whatever. Just go buy it or something, 'cause if you like it, you might want to watch it more than once.

I saw Jurassic Park on TV the other night, as well as Jaws.

Miami Vice: Bad
Nacho Libre: Shockingly bad.
Pirates of the Caribbean 2: Dead Man's Chest: Refreshingly good.

I got the Quentin Tarantino Collection for my birthday, so I recently went through Pulp Fiction, Reservoir Dogs and Kill Bill Volume I+II. Hadn't seen any of them before. Pulp Fiction was by far the best, really brilliant movie, but Reservoir Dogs was nice too. The Kill Bill movies were a bit hard to take seriously at times story and dialogue-wise, but they had some nice action sequences and generally powerful(and gory!) images, so I enjoyed them as well.

I just got HBO, so I finally got to see Mr & Mrs Smith. It was pretty fun.

I also got to rewatch Star Wars III.

Saw Accepted a week or so ago. The ending was predictable, but it was an enjoyable way to spend a couple of hours. I was sick in bed last week, so I spent it watching the Star Wars trilogies. Got through the prequels and was starting on The Empire Strikes Back when I recovered.

As for turners last comment.

I agree NEVER EVER WATCH MOVIES ON A NON-MOVIE CHANNEL.

They cut the good scenes and have commercials its not worth the effort.

Fight Club.
Snakes On A Plane.
The Score.

Those three are recent.

Wow. I just don't see many movies.
We watched The Castle (an awesome Austrailian film) a couple weeks ago.

Is that the one about the prison?
