What other games do you play?

What other games does everyone play? Pretty self-explanatory... I doubt that everyone plays only Civ IV, and after hearing classmates spew about 20 different video games that they are pros at, I am wondering what else is out there. This is in no way an advertisement for any other VGs.

Personally, I am a part-time loser, so I only play 2 more games, Far Cry I, which I think is the best FPS out there, and WoW, which I like. And I do not understand the stereotype that everyone who plays WoW is a complete loser who will never get a girl etc. etc. I'm not a complete loser, and I have thus far not made any attempts to sell any elderly members of my family so I can get a few more month's subscription

There's a separate forum for other games, but that is for the general civ community and maybe for some reason you were looking for responses only from Civ4 players.

I have a decent computer, decent enough for large maps, but I still play a lot of old PC games besides the new ones. I only have 2-3 games installed at any time, mainly to save on resources and because I have more profitable uses for my time; when I get bored with one I just uninstall it then install a new one. Here's what I have on my computer right now: Civ4:BTS, Tropico(the original) and Capitalism 2(yeah I like strategy & simulation games). If I want a distraction from work I check the news, lurk and/or post in forums like CFC, or play tetris

Regarding WoW... Now I'm confused. I thought you play it to GET yourself a girl, since the social aspects are a bigger draw than the gameplay?

I like NetHack too but have weaned myself off it for now.
Currently playing Morrowind again since it killed my XBox before I finished it, and I think it is a better game than Oblivion.

I gave up on the total war series after I was disappointed with Medieval 2. Never even considered buying Empire. I would probably still play the original MTW but it doesn't work on my new pc.

Last game I bought was Football Manager 2010 but I never really got into it.

I'm going to restart Final Fantasy X (PS2) once I'm done with it. I'm mainly a console gamer, but my interest in any kind of computer/video games seems to fade with each passing day.

I seem to go in a cycle of Civ4 > Get bored and shoot some Nazi's > Civ 4 > Get bored, shoot more Nazi's > Get bored of both, stalk around Crysis shooting Nrth Koreans > Civ4.

Or I don't Civ for weeks/months then see a Documentary or read history on Wikipedia, then that Civ4 yearning creeps back.
