What should be banned?

You can create helium from a proton Boron fusion reaction, you end up with three helium.

p + B → 3 He

You can also breed tritium from lithium, leaving Helium as a waste product.

n + Li → T + 4He

What an odd conversation:crazyeye:

Ban CHO or CHNO groups. See how far you get then.

Another thing to be banned: Meat Vision.

What's meat vision? I saw that on the superhero thread too but have no idea what it means.

It is a superpower that is too horrid to talk about! The power of meat is bad enough, but meat vision can destroy civilizations!

Smoking,
Communism,
Dictatorships,
Nuclear bombs,
war,
greenhouse gasses,
drugs of any kind that are harmful,
ban prisons.
Ban everything that is harmful.
Umm.. if you ban prisons, what exactly do you propose to do with people who violate one of the other bans? Summary execution?

I do like your prohibition of greenhouse gases, though.
Naturally occurring greenhouse gases include water vapor, carbon dioxide, methane, nitrous oxide, and ozone.

Just be careful not to exhale, break wind, or let any water evaporate... ;)

Pshaw, go ahead and try to create He without H. Not so tough now are you big guy?
Your objection makes no sense, banning everything but He simply means converting every other thing into He.

It's probably easier anyways to make everything He then everything H.

And guess what that proton is? An H+ ion!

That still leaves the neutron method of forming helium from lithium. And protons are usually part of the cycle reaction, anyway so they usually are self feeding from other elements not hydrogen. A proton can just be a proton not necessarily an ionic hydrogen atom, although I supose it's a fairly fine deliniation.

It's called a Hydrogen Ion in pretty much all chemistry and biology literature, e.g. in all cases where it can undergo a chemical transformation of some sort.

Let's see... things that should be banned...

Flamers
Trolls
Spammers
Certain OT threads.

:mischief:

Banning just creates another rules. Dont do this or dont do that...
I am not against of it though, should we thought seriously about it, I think everything against humanity should be banned..

cheers

Yeah, but we need to institute at least one of these before we can banish it...

Regards :).

Meh, we have had threads on this.

Anyways, let's just agree that such a thing is to be avoided?
