Frivilous lawsuits if they are over things like insults, or other petty things like supposed "Sexual harrasment".

By sexual harrasment i mean the kind that isnt really harrasment of any sort, like a disparaging remark or looking at someone the wrong way. Get ahold of yourself, it wont kill you to weather a insulting remark! No need to sue!

Il think of some more things that should be illegal but thats all i can think of now.

Exactly. Since everything is illegal, it would be impossible to do not do anything illegal. You would cease to be obligated to do things based on their illegality but instead do things based on your moral conscience. But if you caused too much problems the government would have no problem with drumming up charges against you.
