Well, about navies, as I said a few small ships remained in the Red fleet, but the rest was stolen by the Entante, the Whites or just plain sunk. Most sunk, actually. I don't recall any serious white fleets, sorry... maybe something in the Black Sea, I think there was five ships there (Denikin). Aside from that, its all river gunboats.
