I think that "rightfully wishes to join..." pop-up is the only way to give cities to vassals.

I think it's not the only way . IIRC You can disable that kind of pop-ups in options and You can liberate the cities anytime in Your advisor F1 screen using the fist icon - the same icon You can use to create colonies ;)

Here's a screenshot I saved some time ago, from a game I was playing with my friend (she is Sweden) I managed to get this little city right between Canada and the Inca, and I was soon able to use it to completely overrun Canada, the Inca, and the Zulu without any hassle :)

Marry how can You have nighttime in Civ VI ? I only got it during wonders movies .

Not so. In the City List (F1) each city that can be liberated has a little icon on the right that you can click to bring up the full menu of your cities that can be liberated to other civs.

You have to turn it on in your settings :) Something about animated day/night cycle.

Splendid ! I like to watch modern cities with night lights on ! :) Thanks for the tip. I am super new to Civ VI (played only a few games so far)

I didn't even know Civilization 6 was a thing until a few days ago, despite it being in the menu on the top of the forum. :crazyeye:

Ah, they're doing the same thing as Microsoft, I see. Whatever happened to Windows 9?

That...might be a problem.

Anyways, while sorting out files from my old computer (yes, still going through them), I found...this....

I apologize in advance for the framerate.

I'm trying to play peaceful victory on Civ 3.

So far game keeps giving me random tribes as seafaring/militaristic reducing my chances.

I usually play on demigod or Emperor, but I have reduced lvl to Warlord so I can research space victory in peace and buy other civs as mercenaries in case somebody attacks me.

Also I try diplomatic vitory, but last time I lost it despite being peaceful all game and even gifting stuff.
Babylon, Sumeria and Greece are the most obvious choices for a cultural victory, but you can do it with anybody once you've practised enough.

Why aren't you on my Steam friends list and inviting me to play???

One day and I hope soon Mary we will play :) Nowadays I have very little time for any game :( Thank You for the offer ! ^^ You would probably crush me anyway :D

Caesar declared war on me. I...guess we didn't have a defensive pact after all. :dunno:

Takes one to know one.

I suddenly won a diplomatic victory. :dubious:
