The Japanese in Korea agree to fight with the Jews and a great battle at Shanghai ends with a Jewish-Japanese victory, but it comes at a high cost, with the "Lydia" going down. Have the Mongols been weakened enough, or will the fall of the Lydia be too much for the Jews as they struggle to keep their gains in China.

The Shah contemplates going to visit the former Caliph of Trebizond, but eventually vacations in Oman instead.
