What's on your bucket list?

I’m traveling to Baghdad at the end of the month. I’m worried the weather won’t be good. I’m still working out an itinerary of traveling around for about 10 days before going to Kurdistan and settling back to work at the office, I’ve been working remotely for nearly a year.

I went to Samarra yesterday. It was the big thing on my bucket list and saw the Spiral Minaret from Civ IV

There are many places I want to travel to/things to see

• All 50 US states
• Canadian Rockies
• Aztec and Mayan ruins
• Japan
• South Korea
• Somewhere in the Southern Hemisphere
• Rome
• Norway (inside the Arctic Circle)
• See an aurora somewhere
• See a tornado

Other activities

• Run a 5K
• Shoot a gun
• Watch an NBA game (this one should be crossed off soon)

Other

• Own my own place

There's probably more, but that's all I can think of for now.

A lot of travel stuff;
- Going back to Australia & snorkeling in the GBR again before it dies
- Going back to Paris
- Getting to see Malaysia once every 5-8 years or so (so far I’ve done 2016 and 2023)
- Tokyo (first time)
- Scotland and Ireland (first time)
- Caribbean Islands (first time)

All of the other stuff is kind of assorted;
- Get a short story published some day
- Have a whole room dedicated to my retro computers and video games
- Move to Chicago or a less cool but warmer big city that also allows me to live without having to really use a car (living in the US makes this the Dark Souls of bucket list items)
- Get a bunch of degrees in all the different subjects I like or something I dunno

- Travel to E Europe
- Have a house with enough space to keep all sorts of interesting reptiles
- I would like go see Mikasa(the ship) in Japan.

-Go back to New Zealand, take an helicopter from Milford Sound to Queenstown, we could not take it in 2016 due to bad weather

-Tour around Germany, I just have visited Bavaria

If the Bahamas are on your Caribbean list Eleuthera/Harbor Island and The Exumas are great places.
