Beileve it or not, i havent stayed up all night yet.

Ive waken up at 2 in the morning and stayed up and ive fallen alseep at 4 but ive never stayed up the whole night.

Two nights I have stayed up the longest w/o sleep. Mainly it was due to a number of factors from finishing up a paper that is due within the next day or two.

I've never stayed up all night, despite many claims that an all-nighter a week is characteristic of Tech.

I've stayed up 24 hours without sleep.

I went to school in the beginning of the day, then afterwards I went paintballing for 4 hours. Afterwards, me and my friends stayed up for the rest of the night playing Counter-Strike.

I was tiiiiiiiired after that little episode.

I stayed up for about 30 hours. It was in preparation for a 'sleep-deprived EEG' brain scan. I wasn't able to eat for 24 hours before the test either (the idea is to make your brain as fatigued as possible).

After a while the hunger become much worse than the lack of sleep...but together it was nearly unbearable.

57 hours, during a rough term paper season. I have no desire to repeat this performance. At least I ate, though...

dunno pulled an all nighter, during leeds and carried on until the morning of the next day, so id say thats about 40ish hours.

Goddamn, thats a long time.

I honestly think if I stayed up longer than 100 hours I would snap and start putting holes in the wall or something.

As I type this I've been awake 12 hours with 5 hours of sleep, and I'm already having trouble typing.

Man, I'm a wimp when it comes to sleep.

The worst was with my friends. Stayed up all night playing Halo and Madden, played football in the morning until 3:00 PM, watched football, went to the movies, and then we went home, finally. That would equal 41 hours of being awake, and I'll never desire to do it again.

A little over 24 hours. I slept most of the next day.

I never pull all nighters. There's never been a point in my life where I was so far behind and consequences so dire that I had to sacrifice sleep. Usually if I have to stay up past 12 to finish an assignment, it's probably not getting finished.

Hmm let's see.

I stayed up 2 nights in a row one time, went to bed that morning.. so that's about.. 50 hours or so?

By the 2nd evening, I was so tired that I couldn't even fall asleep when I tried. Eventually I pretty much just lied there until I passed out from exhaustion. The inability to fall asleep, even though i was INCREDIBLY tired, was torture.

One of my friends supposedly took speed and stayed up for 3 days straight learning a CS course from scratch, since he never went to any of the classes. He got a mark in the 80s on the final exam.

Somewhere between 48 and 72 hours during a field exercise in primary leadership school. They kept you awake to teach you what fatigue really does to you after awhile. You get to the point where you have to be doing something active all the time in order to keep alert. You slow down even for a minute and whammo......your asleep. Its also extremely hard to concentrate and even usually simple tasks get tough.

Like 40 hours or so during school last year.

Almost 6 days. Though it wasn't natural insomnia :mischief:

eight days when in the army, but I was barely awake, never do this its extremely dangerous and I had to see a doctor and essentially do nothing big for a few days to rest my body to make sure there werent any harmful side effects.
