    Polynesia are the first for me, Spanish holding a close second. I feel like I'd appreciate Spain more if they're scenario was more legitimate and they had a better color. Their color just looks like Japan and Englands color mixed together, it's confusing.

    Babylon works well for science. diplomatic and cultural victory depending on the game. The science boost is great and they can be effective in war and peace.

    Do you mean they're the most powerful, or the most interesting/fun? I think the Inca and Polynesians do interesting things with the map that make me run things a little differently.
