I voted "at birth".

Frankly I am tired of trying to find subtle physical conditions or solve intangible metaphysical problems to determine whether a foetus is a human or not. Everybody seems to have his/her own answer, neural system, conception, blah blah blah, mixing religion (or the absence of) and science (or the absence of) in an ugly mess of personal feelings, when of course 95% of CFC are male.

So I will now adopt the simplest solution : if it's in the womb, it is not a human being. Voila.

When it becomes sentient.

Yeah, I think it would piss me off.

but you would have nothing to compare it to. it would just be all the same. no feelings, no sight, no action. you woould not complain.

There's no set point of demarkation.

I was thinking about that. Is it when does it become an adult, or when does it become a human being? , cause you become a adult at 18.

What?

I was just making an analogous question. A child doesn't become an adult (other than legally in some countries) right when they turn 18, it's an ongoing process that occurs before and after.

Same with Fetuses and Humans, it's a gradual transition.

So you would advocate partial-birth abortion in the last few months of pregnancy?

Thats pretty darn cold hearted.

Sure I would complain...all the souls who got to be born would tell me how it was and what I missed.

No, because you would be born without sin so you would be in heaven and all of the rest would never make it there:mischief:

You'd advocate imprisoning women for desperately seeking solutions to dismal circumstances?

Nooo...did I ever say I was against abortion? But I am against aborting a baby that could certainly survive in the third trimester of pregnancy. I mean come on, there comes a point when someone somewhere has to accept a little discomfort and take responsiblity for their actions here....crushing a babies skull and pulling it out of the womb when it could live is pretty disgusting.
