Which civs do you always seem to meet

Getting annoyed by all the RNG Kupe as I play Phoenicia.

Kupe is very annoying whoever you're playing when he turns up on your doorstep.
We should really do a most annoying neighbour thread. Not the same as most difficult to deal with.
Eleanor has always been lovely, never started a war with me yet, but I don't want her as a neighbour.

Vicki is always strong, even though England never seems to expand beyond a snaky four-city country, despite room to grow. I always have to watch Vicki.

Haven't seen Vicky in GS yet but previously she always did very poorly. To intend on settling in places that just won't work and annoying everyone around her in the process so she eventually gets whiped out.

Pericles is probably one of my rarest ones. Never seem to get him. Actually haven't seen Gorgo in a really long while either.

Advanced set-up options you can choose your opponents, limit the number or add more. Same for increasing or decreasing the number of city states.

I forgot to say that Mapuche is in EVERY game I play as Montezuma. It's just another way for the Ai cheats to compete.

I don't know about always meet, but I have yet to meet French Eleanor, Suleiman, or Mansa Musa. I also haven't seen the Chocolate Hills, Gobustan, or Pamukkale yet.

I think Mansa Musa has been in almost every GS game I've done, haha. Which is kinda bad because he has this incredibly annoying little laugh that he does a lot if you become friends with him.

In the base game I frequently met Sumeria. In Rise and Fall I always seemed to meet Kongo. In Gathering Storm it is the Aussies that I can't seem to shake.
