Diet?
The only diet you can call it is a low salt diet i've been on my entire life. -Doctors orders As such I find most pre-packeged foods salty and find bacon with 1/3 of the salt salty regular bacon tates like a salt lick to me. Aside from eating mostly healty food I just eat what I want. I also tend to avoid fatty foods just by prefence.
Begining of this year I was 230 lbs and measured 6' 2''. Now just by cutting portion sizes and working out everyday I am 180 lbs and in that time grew an inch as well.
