The question is unanswerable. You've combined the semantic question about incest with the moral one. 7 is obviously incest in a narrow sense, but only a soulless zealot would condemn them for it.
Personally I can't describe any of the examples as necessarily immoral, and I therefore have little interest in the semantics. Nobody is hurt. Of course I find it troubling, but then what does that really have to do with anything? Why should I have the right to stop it?

Incest is more than biology. Incest is basically a taboo on having sexual relations with certain persons in your family. Depending on the society you live in, the exact persons you're forbidden to have sex with vary: it can be your siblings, it can be your cousins, it can be your aunts and uncle, it can be all of them.

I think the main driver behind the taboos on incest is an obligation to try to expand the clan/family by getting your spouse out of it (exogamy). The biological factor comes second.
There's something that's quite mysterious to me, though. I am under the impression that the biological impact of incest is much worse on human beings than it is on the rest of the vertebrate species. Is that a correct impression? And if yes, why?
Incest as a social taboo I don't care about. Incest as a potential genetic problem for offspring is offensive, but I'll let the geneticists decide what and wherefore. Incest as an abuse of minors is also offensive, but the actual familial relationship is only incidental to the fact that a minor is potentially being abused.
I consider 1 and 4 incest; I don't consider any morally wrong.

however, i must add, i will sympathize with the siblings if their love is genuine. althuogh i would consider genuine man to woman love between siblings awkward, i wouldn't consider it on par with murder and rape in terms of sin. personally, disregarding the fact their children could be a bit funny, i don't see why there must be so much taboo around incest.
