This year I haven't done enough - I think that the only NES I was really in in 2007 was AFSNES. Don't be ashamed.that I received more votes for 'Best Warmonger' than das, Symphony, North King, and Dachsmpg combined. I am so ashamed.

Highly ironic that it was this catagory, of all of them, that I received a vote. I think I played in about 6-8 NESes last year and only fought a war in two of them, BirdNES and Stalin's NIP. Stalin's doesn't count because that war was won over a NPC by diplomatically isolating my enemy and eroding his forces from within through propaganda (I don't even remember ordering an attack in that war). In BirdNES I fought two wars, both draws, but benefited from facing a very new Nuclear Kid in the first and a two very inactive players in the second (who I think didn't even send orders after the opening invasion). The fact that with those credentials I can even get a vote speaks badly of the war-making of this forum. For shame, warmongers, for shame.
Edit: And how many total votes were cast? 10?

Or maybe people don't pay attention to what others do.
For what it's worth, I didn't even cast a vote in that category that I remember (because I failed to understand what we were supposed to do).

Yes, it wouldnt surprise me that a lack of paying attention caused reputation to count for more in some categories than actual performance.

A warmonger is someone who fights a lot of wars. Most of the time, it refers to someone who starts a lot of wars or wins a lot of wars.
