Oh I've seen and used it. Wasnt too impressed. It fails at sending MMSs, recording video, even typing SMSs. Has a fixed storage space and you can only get it via subscription. Oh and the battery is non-replaceable, so you have go to an Apple tech support shop to get it fixed. I have seen no special function that distinguishes it from other phones except holding the phone hostage to Apple's whims because it's full of crappy software that you cant replace unless you hack it.

Have you used it to text or surf the web? Play movies or music? It's an all in one device which works amazingly well. The new iPhone is 3g. The phone is only like 299$ which truthfully is on par with those other, much inferior, smart phones.

Woah, there's a huge amount of iPhone jealousy on this thread.

Seriously though, the functionality of the touch screen is really cool, and nitpicks aside, the whole thing (music, web browser, calling, pictures, etc.) is integrated perfectly, much better than any other smart phone I've seen.

lol, too bad the argument was made in 2007. Not only is his dumb Nokia ugly it is outdated and probably cant insantly sync with his computer.

I cant wait till this Maddox decides to make a comparison chart to the 3G Iphone.

His costing $360 awesome, my Iphone 3G will be less with more storage capacity then before.

I love my first Gen Iphone cant wait to get the new one.

iPhone's really cool and stuff but all that internet jazz is useless for me since they charge an arm and two legs to use the internet here. Plus, it's not like you need to be online permanently, wait till you get home to do your NESing, mate..

EDIT: Still, if I had money to waste, I'd probably get an iPhone just for that touchscreen. It's actually not that bad once you get used to it.

@bestshot, if you're referring to the screenshot I posted, that is Hearts of Iron 2 (+Doomsday expansion) which has already been out for some years. Not to be confused with the postings about 'Spore', which is coming out in September last time I checked.

I've gotten in-touch with a bunch of Libertarian Gun-nuts, and bought myself an AR-15. It was actually my zombie plan, but it works for oppressive governments. We're more than capable of putting together the 10% of the population willing to support an armed insurgency.
