Well the full editor comes out on the 17th or 18th and costs like 10 bucks. It has every option while this one only has a limited number of parts, paint schemes and other stuff. It does come with 30 or so Maxis made creatures to look at and edit if you want. Looks gorgeous and has no lag on my 4 year old machine.
