Atleast the African-Americans turned out fine, the poor Natives are still suffering. There are even some African-Americans walking around with my last name, I assure you they didn't get it from immigrating from Germany. I call it a sorry gift.

Pakistan has no ability to strike the United States proper or any of its (even vaguely notable) dependent territories. Any exchange would be one-sided. Also, nuclear weapons would be far more likely to be used against the local perennial foe: India.
