While We Wait: Part 6

No kidding Cleric. I have a few months with a lighter workload so I figured I'd spend some time here. How have you been?

Oh pretty well I guess, life's been moving up. Havent really played in a real NES for a while, even then I just hang around story NESes writing an occasional story. Hard finding time to even devote to one NES now, much less one with game rules. To remember I used to be in several so very long ago.

I have too many hobbies (guitar, airgun shooting, computer games, exercise...) and as a result I dont really have much time for this. I've been reducing to lurking and commenting every now and then I'm afraid. Maybe one day I'll return fully when school eases up or if I cut one of my leisure activities. For now though, I'll stay in the shadows...

Its all black for me...

Uh...Daft? What in the name of Mithridates the Philhellene are you talking about?

He's telling us what color background he uses for these forums. At least, that's what I think he's trying to say.

P.S. Anybody read the comments of the Hate By Numbers covering the twlight trailer? It's pretty funny.

Ah. He didn't have that screenshot up when I first saw his post. :p

As for twilight, I always despised my fangirl cousins' constant references to those books; the movie doesn't need comments from anybody else to suck.

Glittery vampires...ugh.

Unless I am taking a lady friend, I am not coming within 10 miles of the Twilight premier if I can help it.

Unless you're into underage girls, your lady friend is unlikely to wish to come within 10 miles of said premiere either.

That's what the fine people at the avatar thread are for.

The first book is decent. The hype is a bit of a put-off, however.

The moral of the second book, however, is that if your boyfriend dumps you, you should become a wrecked shell of your former self until you meet another boy, starting it all over again. I can see why it's popular.

Yeah- however, when I add transparencies, for some reason the image becomes too large in filesize to use as an avatar.

Why use a transparency? Just render it.

That's what the books are about? Man, why the heck are vampires even involved in these books?

I use the original skin. I have no idea what it's called.

And that...vampires are ultra sexy love machines? Does every girl have a hidden vampire-werewolf love triangle fantasy?

Nonsense, I know many legal girls who are obsessed with Twilight. At the same time, they're also obsessed with various Korean and Japanese boybands so... :mischief:

We will not stand for Black propaganda in this thread.
It is the only acceptable color scheme. Discounting perhaps blue.

...they don't count, yeah. :p
